About UPSSSC Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET):

Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) will conduct the PET exam for the recruitment of Group C and various other posts. The exam will be conducted twice in a year.

UPSSSC PET Age Limit:

In Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission, different types of posts are provided from different departments in which the minimum age is different (18 Years / 21 Years, maximum age Limit- The maximum age limit will be as per the Uttar Pradesh Service Recruitment (Age Limit) (Tenth Amendment) Rules 2012. 40 years, Thus, candidates who have completed minimum 18 years of age and not more than 40 years of age as on 02 July 2022 will be eligible for Preliminary qualifying examination. That is, he should have been born not earlier than 01 July 1982 and not later than 30 June 2004. That is, only such candidates can apply, who were born after 30 June 1982 and before 02 July 2004.

Education Qualification for UPSSSC PET:

Candidates having High School / Equivalent or Higher Educational Qualification can apply in Preliminary Qualifying Examination. So all those candidates who have possessed high school/equivalent or higher educational qualification before the last date of submission of application form can apply for Preliminary qualifying examination 2022. It is to be noted that the advertisement will be issued after the preliminary qualifying examination. Examination and retirement of various relevant posts from different departments should be issued as per rules against which candidates having essential qualification, who have appeared for PET Preliminary Eligibility Test.
